Course Synopsis

Business analysis techniques are a powerful method for redesigning and revitalizing business processes
as well as specifying systems solutions for technical staffs. However, these interlocking techniques
must be well understood and applied if business benefit is to be achieved. Working with clients and
system users is often a complex assignment which requires the analyst to understand the physical
and logical business processes which comprise a enterprise system.

During this course the student will develop essential analytical and consulting skills
