Synopsis
Project Management is neither a mystical art or pure science.
The successful Project Manager is one that can blend practical experience
with
established project methods, procedures and techniques.
This course teaches the essential techniques that every Project Manager
must know to plan, schedule and conduct project assignments. From
the value judgments which are an integral part of every project assignment
