COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course introduces the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK). The purpose of this course is to examine the profession of a business analyst from a corporate perspective, to provide an overview of the education and certification process, and to highlight the BA areas of emphasis as defined by the IIBA.
