COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course provides both an introduction to the concepts of corporate strategic planning as well as examines the possible role that a Business Analyst may play in the strategic planning process. The course will address five key areas where Business Analysts may be required: participating in strategic goal setting, understanding the strategic plan, conducting enterprise analysis, writing and validating strategic goals, and resolving conflicting goals. The purpose of this course is to enable a Business Analyst to perform strategic planning activities and to assist clients/customers in developing sound objectives.
