COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course provides a detailed view of what information is contained in a Business Architecture such as business vision, mission, strategy, functions, business rules, policies, procedures, processes, organizations, competencies, and locations. This information, when integrated correctly, can provide a powerful overview of both the history and future direction of the organization. By interlocking the business architecture with the corporate strategic plan, the Business Analyst can assist the organization in planning and performing key projects.
The purpose of this course is to clearly define what information should be collected and documented in the preparation of a Business Architecture document.
BABOK REFERENCE
