COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course presents the planning and management activities associated with the collection, organization, tracking, revision (change management), and reporting about requirements.
Typical activities addressed in this course include understanding the nature of requirements, how to define roles and responsibilities, how to plan work, evaluating risk in relation to requirements, planning a requirements stage/phase of a project, estimating work activities, managing change, and reporting status.
