COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course focuses on key brainstorming and non-linear thinking techniques for the purpose of facilitating problem identification or problem solutions. A variety of techniques are explored in workshops to learn how different techniques work, and how these techniques may be appropriate (or not) for certain types of teams.

An abbreviated set of these materials is included in the IIBA07 course. This course is for a team that wants more in-depth hands-on experience with brainstorming techniques.
