COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course presents how to effectively use focus groups wherever they can provide value during the life of a project. These sessions can focus on product development, project requirements, customer needs, design elements, implementation strategies, or any topic where multiple people and multiple perspectives are intertwined. The student will understand group dynamics and the need to provide a solid structure when using a focus group to collect information.

An abbreviated set of these materials is included in the IIBA07 course. This course is for a team that wants more in-depth hands-on experience with focus group techniques.
