COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course presents identifying participants for interviews, planning interviews, handling “difficult” interviewees, documenting interview results, reconciling differences, and obtaining approvals.
The student will learn about structured interviews where a pre-defined set of questions are asked, and unstructured interviews, where exploration is used.

An abbreviated set of these materials is included in the IIBA07 course. This course is for a team that wants more in-depth hands-on experience with interviewing techniques.
