COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course presents how to identify the need for, write, distribute, and analyze questionnaires or surveys. Two types of surveys are included in this course: Closed (the respondent is asked to select from pre-defined answer sets); and Open-Ended (the respondent can answer the questions free-form).
Various methods of distribution (e-mail, form, online/web) are all explored. Various approaches and tools will be reviewed.

This course addresses and expands Section 4.12. An abbreviated set of these materials is included in the IIBA07 course. This course is for a team that wants more in-depth hands-on experience with questionnaire techniques.
