COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course presents the processes and procedures that are necessary for presenting, communicating, verifying, and obtaining approval of a requirements documents from the list of required approvers and stakeholders.
To accomplish this, the Business Analyst must understand how to package the requirements in compliance with corporate standards, how to assess the political environment, how to ensure that the proper reviews are completed, and how to obtain binding approvals.
