COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course addresses a variety of subjects and skill sets that are needed by the successful Business Analyst. This includes communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, business knowledge, IT knowledge, and other interpersonal and corporate skills that are needed.
This course includes materials that assist the BA in performing their duties within an internal consultant paradigm. Students will learn how to approach clients in a consultative manner.
