or fixed-bid basis.
We enjoy working with clients to achieve a firm understanding of their

Our services generally fall into the categories outlined below.
Project Consulting Services
Development, writing and publication of Systems Development/Project
Life Cycle Methodologies.
Project assessment and reviews for project teams to determine why projects
are not achieving
stated goals within the target timeframes and recommendations for correction.
Development of customized training courses for delivery by both our
trainers or client trainers.
These courses have ranged from 1/2 day to 4 days in duration.
Development and deployment of internal processes such as Change Control,
Risk Management,
Problem Mangement and Operational Procedures.
Interim management of programming staffs, training department, help
desk, documentation staff,
configuration management, customer delivery and installation tests,
testing and quality assurance.
Training Development & Delivery
Definition, development, writing and publication of integrated training
courses including all course materials,
case studies, audio-visual aids, presentation materials, student workbooks,
training aids, instructor guides
and attendee handouts.
Requirements gathering for training objectives, learning objectives,
modular breakdown and integration
with reinforcement-based case study exercises.
Development and publication of client courses.
Design, coding and testing of interactive games to reinforce training
materials.
Delivery of courses in-house to development, management and end user
staff.
Courses have been delivered to as few as 20 and through successive sessions,
to over 500 staff.
Project Reviews
For application sofware projects we offer a project review service.
This process is designed for projects which are experiencing "trouble"
and an outside perspective may be helpful to isolate and correct project
"problems."
The goal of our consultant is to assist the project team in identifying
these issues, working with them
to identify a corrective strategy and assist in implementation. Follow-up
services are available.
