Business analysis is a critical activity for redesigning and revitalizing business processes as well as specifying new system solutions. A set of interlocking skills and techniques must be applied if business benefit is to be achieved.
Working with business and system end users/clients, is a complex assignment that requires the business analyst to understand the physical and logical business processes that comprise an enterprise solution. The ability of the business analyst to successfully ‘grasp’ an understanding of the business problem and solution may determine whether or not the project is successful.
Requirements gathering, workflow analysis, “as-is” and “to-be” process modeling, use cases, swimlanes, data modeling, structured interviewing, and facilitation, are all taught in the courses we offer.
When our courses are completed, the participant should feel confident to approach new assignments with the knowledge of business analysis techniques required for a successful project completion.
Our current business analysis courses are listed to the left. Please select a course to see the detailed outline of learning objectives and contents.
We are supportive of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and offer a series of interlocked courses that support the IIBA Certification Process.
